By accessing or using Revoz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Revoz is a guitar voice-leading tool that helps you discover chord voicing options for your progressions. The Service includes a free tier with basic functionality and a premium subscription tier with additional features.

3. Free and Premium Tiers

Free Tier: Includes the ability to enter chord progressions, generate voice leading options, and view three voicing approaches with audio playback.

Premium Tier ($1.99/month): Includes all free features plus alternate tunings, style presets, practice player, harmonic analysis, PDF export, and the ability to save and share progressions.

4. Subscription and Billing

• The Premium subscription costs $1.99 USD per month, billed through Base44 Payments.
• The subscription auto-renews monthly until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you'll retain premium access until then.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Revoz only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations.
• Attempt to access or manipulate the Service's underlying systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Revoz and protected by intellectual property laws. Chord voicings and music theory data are based on publicly available music theory knowledge. Your saved progressions remain your property.

7. User Content

You are responsible for any chord progressions you save or share through the Service. You retain ownership of your content. By saving progressions, you grant us a license to store and display them to you as part of providing the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy in our chord voicings and music theory analysis, we do not guarantee that all voicings will be musically optimal or error-free in every context.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revoz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Account Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
